The crash occurred just after 6:30 p.m. near Northeast Loop 410 and Starcrest Drive.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, witnesses reported that a man in his 20s was walking east on the access road of 410 on the sidewalk when he tripped and stumbled into traffic, where he was struck by a vehicle.
