1 Person Hurt in Avondale Pedestrian Accident near 108th Avenue and Madison Street
AVONDALE, AZ (January 2, 2023) – Monday morning, a startling pedestrian crash near 108th Avenue and Madison Street injured one person.
Reports said that the incident happened at around 12:25 a.m. near 108th Avenue and Madison Street.
According to the Goodyear Police Department, an Avondale Police officer struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Also, authorities confirmed that the officer involved in the crash was not hurt.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
