CAJON PASS, CA (November 21, 2024) – Wednesday morning, a startling multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Highway 138 injured one person.

The incident happened at around 3:19 a.m. on Interstate 15 near Highway 138.

According to reports, a black Nissan Versa struck a disabled semi, spun out of control, and collided with the guardrail. Then, multiple vehicles struck the first two vehicles, including another semi-tractor trailer.

Moreover, responders transported the female driver of the Nissan to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash resulted in about 600 yards of the oil spill and caused an hours-long cleanup.

The events leading to the crash remain unclear at this time. The public will be notified when additional information becomes available.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
