NEWHALL, CA (May 12, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, a startling motorcycle crash near Railroad Avenue and Drayton Street injured 1 person.

The incident happened at 12:38 p.m. near the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Drayton Street in Newhall.

When first responders arrived, they confirmed that the incident involved a white SUV and a black motorcycle.

Officers said that the motorcycle driver went on the roof of the white SUV due to the collision.

Then, responders took the man to a hospital, said Miguel Ornelas, supervising fire dispatcher with the LA County Fire Department. 

Also, the crash led a man to be taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
