Injuries Reported in Bell Gardens Auto Accident near Florence Avenue and Jaboneria Road

BELL GARDENS, CA (June 30, 2023) – Friday night, a startling Metro bus crash near Florence Avenue and Jaboneria Road injured 4 people.

Reports said that the crash occurred just after 11:50 p.m. near Florence Avenue and Jaboneria Road.

According to a Metro spokesperson, three victims were on the bus, while the fourth was inside a car. All four individuals were transported to the hospital for treatment.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Bell Gardens Police Department both responded to the scene, with BGPD taking the lead in the investigation.

“Metro thanks the bus operator for quickly calling for help. We also wish a quick recovery for those injured,” said a Metro spokesperson in a statement.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
