Injuries Sustained in Los Angeles Auto Accident on W 8th Street and S Grand Avenue

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 16, 2023) – Tuesday morning, a startling hit-and-run crash on W 8th Street and S Grand Avenue led to minor injuries.

At about 1:00 a.m., officers chased a stolen vehicle to West 8th Street and South Grand Avenue. However, the suspect crashed into another driver, an LAPD spokesperson revealed.

Afterward, the unidentified suspect escaped on foot to a nearby parking lot. Also, the driver remained at large.

Moreover, the driver of the vehicle that was hit was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The authorities released no description of the outstanding suspect.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
