Injuries Reported in San Bernardino Auto Accident on US Highway 395 and Palmdale Road
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 25, 2023) – Thursday morning, a startling hit-and-run crash on US Highway 395 and Palmdale Road injured 1 person.
The incident happened just before 9:00 a.m. on US Highway 395 and Palmdale Road.
According to reports, a suspect drove a stolen green 2005 Nissan Altima. Then, he failed to yield at a red light at the intersection. As a result, a crash with three other vehicles occurred.
Eventually, the suspect got out of the Altima and escaped the scene on foot.
He headed to the desert area northwest of the Stater Bros. shopping center.
Then, responders took an occupant of one of the vehicles to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Investigators confirmed that the Nissan had been stolen out of Adelanto.
Moreover, authorities described the suspect as a Hispanic male. He’s around 5 foot 8 inches tall, with a thin build. Also, he has short hair and a 2-3 inches goatee.
The man went to a nearby business wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, and black shoes with white laces.
