PETALUMA, CA (April 5, 2023) – Sunday morning, a negligent driver damaged a vehicle in a startling hit-and-run crash on Petaluma Boulevard.

The incident happened at around 10:44 a.m. in the 600 block of N. Petaluma Boulevard.

According to reports, a compact silver four-door sedan struck a parked car for still unknown reasons. Then, the female driver and a male passenger got out to inspect their vehicle then fled the scene.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that there was no one inside the parked vehicle when the incident occurred.

Furthermore, officers said that the male passenger was wearing an orange shirt and a baseball cap while the woman was wearing a black hoodie.

Meanwhile, officials asked anyone with information about the crash to call Petaluma police Officer Garret Sholin at 707-776-3721.
