SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 28, 2023) – Tuesday, a startling head-on crash on Loop 1604 and Highway 87 injured 1 person.

According to reports, the crash between a black Tesla and a water truck happened on Loop 1604, just south of Highway 87.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said that the crash trapped the Tesla driver in his vehicle. Thus, responders removed him and transported the driver to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

Moreover, the crash led to the closure of the northbound and southbound lanes of Loop 1604 in the area of Highway 87 and FM 3465.
