Injuries Reported in Fresno Auto Accident on 6019 N College Avenue

FRESNO, CA (June 10, 2024) – Early Sunday, a startling car crash on 6019 N College Avenue injured 1 person.

The crash happened at 2:40 p.m. in an apartment building at 6019 N College Avenue. 

Investigators reported that a vehicle traveling eastbound on Bullard Avenue veered across the westbound lanes, collided with a wall and wood fence, and then struck the exterior of an apartment building. Although the vehicle did not enter the building, it caused significant damage by breaking a water pipe, which led to water damage inside the apartment.

Police officers found and contacted one occupant of the vehicle who did not appear to be the driver. This individual was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. Officers are still working to identify other occupants who were in the vehicle at the time of the collision. No arrests have been made at this point.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
