FRESNO, CA (October 2, 2024) – Monday night, a startling bicycle crash on Shaw Avenue and Sixth Street injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. on Shaw Avenue and Sixth Street.

According to the Fresno Police Department, a vehicle struck a westbound bicyclist who entered the roadway for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the bicyclist, a man in his mid-60s, to a hospital with major injuries.

Furthermore, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was not suspected of DUI.
