Injuries Sustained in Paso Robles Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 101 and Highway 46 W
PASO ROBLES, CA (July 21, 2024) – Thursday night, a startling 6-vehicle crash on Highway 101 and Highway 46 W led to no major injuries.
The incident involving six vehicles occurred at around 5:20 p.m. on Highway 101, south of Highway 46 West in Paso Robles on the southbound side of the highway, causing significant traffic delays.
The collision led to significant traffic delays in both directions. By 5:21 p.m., ambulances were dispatched as a precaution, and at least two vehicles required tow trucks. Reports indicated no major injuries.
By 5:33 p.m., one vehicle was fully engulfed in flames, and another vehicle had also caught fire. Firefighters managed to largely contain the blaze by 5:45 p.m.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
