1 Person Hurt in Houston Auto Accident on Southwest Freeway near Sam Houston Parkway Road
HOUSTON, TX (July 15, 2023) – On Thursday, a startling 2-vehicle crash on Southwest Freeway near Sam Houston Parkway Road injured one person.
The incident happened on the westbound Southwest Freeway feeder road near north Sam Houston Parkway feeder road.
According to Houston Police Department, a westbound patrol vehicle rear-ended a sedan for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, responders transported an HPD officer and the sedan driver to a hospital with minor injuries.
At this time, the cause of the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
