Bicyclist Stanley Fischer Dies in Hit-And-Run Crash on 12th Street and Glendale Avenue in Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (January 14, 2022) – Friday morning, 54-year-old Stanley Fischer died in a hit-and-run crash on 12th Street and Glendale Avenue.
The fatal hit-and-run crash in Phoenix happened on January 14.
Phoenix Police said Fischer was traveling east on an electric bicycle when he fell over in the roadway while crossing 12th Street and was attempting to get back up when he was struck by a red coupe traveling north.
However, the driver immediately fled the crash scene.
Medical Personnel took Fischer to a hospital where he died from his injuries.
No further details were immediately available. An investigation is ongoing.
