We at Sweet lawyers extend our sympathy and condolences to the family and loved ones of Stacey Finley. May the people closest to her find strength and comfort in this difficult time.

While car accidents are far more common than pedestrian accidents, there is reason to be wary when traveling on foot. “Pedestrian accidents do not occur as much as motor vehicle accidents, but the pedestrian accidents tend to include more serious injuries,” says Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers. “Some of the worst pedestrian incidents involve minors because they are sometimes hard to see and ride bikes, skateboards, etc. Common locations for these pedestrian incidents include shopping center entrances and street corners.”

It is clear now more than ever that one person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other individuals. This is quite common in accidents that result in death. Therefore, it is important to recognize that if your family loses a member in an accident, you may recover damages through a wrongful death suit. Call our offices now at (800) 674-7852 and let us help you deal with the legal process. Sweet lawyers understand that dealing with a wrongful death of your loved one is truly painful, but we are here for you every step of the way so that you can grieve in peace.
