2 Pedestrians Struck and Injured by Pizza Delivery Truck in Solvang
SOLVANG, CA (February 26, 2019) – Two women were hospitalized Sunday morning when they were struck by a Domino’s pizza delivery truck at Mission Drive and 4th Place.
According to officials, the incident happened around 12:25 a.m. outside of the Succulent Cafe.
One woman was brought to Cottage Hospital with minor to moderate injuries while the other one was airlifted by Calstar to the same hospital yet with moderate to major injuries.
Reports did not specify the cause of the crash and information regarding the driver was not available. An investigation of this pedestrian incident is underway.
