Rider Dies after Crash with Semi Truck on Turlock Road in Snelling

 
SNELLING, CA (April 20, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed following a traffic collision with a semi truck Saturday afternoon in Snelling.
 
The collision happened just before 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Turlock Road and Dry Creek Road.
 
Details are sparse on what exactly transpired, but the rider was killed in the accident. The identity of the victim was not immediately available pending notification of next of kin.
 
The semi truck reportedly lost its front wheel and was towed away from the crash site.
