1 Person Hurt in Canyon County Auto Accident on 14 Freeway near Golden Valley Road
CANYON COUNTY, CA (March 27, 2024) – Monday morning, authorities arrested Skyler Marquez after an alarming DUI crash on 14 Freeway.
The incident happened on the northbound 14 Freeway, south of Golden Valley Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident involved a suspected intoxicated river that injured an individual.
Moreover, arrested and booked the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Marquez, into the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station jail for felony DUI, with bail set at $100,000.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
