SAN DIEGO, CA (May 11, 2021) – On Monday evening, a skateboarder sustained injuries in a crash on Hotel Circle North in San Diego, California.
 
According to San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims, the incident happened at around 8:17 p.m. It occurred when a westbound 2015 Dodge Dart struck a 33-year-old skateboarder at 1900 Hotel Circle North in Mission Valley West.
 
Reports revealed that the 19-year-old male Dodge driver did not see the skateboarder traveling in the same westbound lane.
 
Furthermore, responders transported the skateboarder to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
The incident is under investigation.
