GOLETA, CA (March 29, 2021) – Saturday evening, a skateboarder sustained injuries in a crash on Hollister Avenue near Los Carneros Road.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened at around 9:20 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Hollister Avenue, east of Los Carneros Road.
 
Reports revealed that the skateboarder, for still unknown reasons, crashed with a vehicle.
 
Responders from Santa Barbara County firefighters transported the skateboarder to Cottage Hospital with major injuries.
 
Also, no other injuries were reported as of this moment.
 
The incident is under active investigation.
