3 People Dead in Fremont Auto Accident on Interstate Highway 880 and Warren Avenue
FREMONT, CA (August 19, 2024) – Sunday morning, a devastating single-vehicle crash on Interstate Highway 880 and Warren Avenue killed three people.
The incident happened around 5:53 a.m. on northbound Interstate Highway 880 at the Warren Avenue overcrossing.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle lost control for unknown reasons and crashed into a concrete barrier.
Officers confirmed that all three occupants of the vehicle died in the crash.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information available, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
