PCSD Investigates Key Peninsula Highway Fatal Accident
Pierce County, WA (October 14, 2023) On Sunday, a deadly single-vehicle crash on 4th Avenue NW left 2 people dead.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department, the fatal accident happened at Fourth Avenue Northwest and Key Peninsula Highway.
Reports say that a vehicle struck a pole and 2 adult occupants died due to the collision.
Officials say that the 62-year-old female driver and the 63-year-old male passenger, both perished in the crash.
Authorities say that they found drug paraphernalia and two blue pills on the deceased, officials say that the vehicle drove straight into the pole with little or no attempt to stop.
