Shugeith Gonzalez Alvia Killed in Accident on North Towne Avenue [Pomona, CA]

41-Year-Old Pomona Man Fatally Injured in Crash at East Kingsley Avenue

 
POMONA, CA (May 27, 2018) – A man was killed in a multiple-vehicle collision on North Towne Avenue, on Sunday morning. The deceased victim was identified as 41-year-old Shugeith Gonzalez Alvia of Pomona, as stated by Investigator Kristy McCracken of the coroner’s office.
 
The accident took place around 9:05 AM at the intersection of North Towne Avenue and East Kingsley Avenue, according to reports.
 
Some people suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene of the collision by emergency responders. Two people were transported to a local hospital for treatment of more serious injuries, including Gonzalez Alvia. He later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by medical professionals.
