Stockton Auto Accident on Sutter Street
STOCKTON, CA (August 23, 2020) – Early Friday morning, a shooting incident ended with a crash on Sutter Street.
According to reports, the shooting and the crash occurred just after 12:30 a.m. on North Sutter Street and Flora Street.
The Stockton Police Department said that a 21-year-old man collided with two vehicles after being shot while driving.
They added that the victim’s vehicle was struck once before he crashed into the side of a car. Then, his vehicle rear-ended a pickup truck while attempting to leave the area.
Afterward, the man fled the scene after his vehicle stopped. At this time, his identity remains unreleased. The authorities also said that there were no injuries.
Meanwhile, the authorities described the shooter as a Black male adult.
The authorities encourage witnesses to call the Stockton Police Department.
