Shirrell Quiroz Dies in Solo Vehicle Crash on 83rd Avenue in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (January 27, 2022) – Early Thursday morning, 34-year-old Shirrell Quiroz died, and her male passenger sustained injuries in a solo vehicle crash on 83rd Avenue.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened at around 2 a.m. on January 27. 

Phoenix Police said Quiroz was driving a sedan northbound on 83rd Avenue when it went off the road north of Indian School Road and hit a tree.

Quiroz died at the crash scene. EMS then transported her male passenger to a hospital with serious injuries. 

No other information is immediately available.

Further investigation is ongoing.
