Friends say Shelby Biaggini had recently returned to the Central Coast after living in Oregon for some time.
“She was pretty much the same as Kegin [York] — spunky, beautiful, cute little girl. Both of them loved their cars. She’s a local, and we have Templeton pride,” a friend explained.

Meanwhile, police are continuing to investigate the accident.

The Aftermath of Devastating Accidents
Roadways, while scrupulously created and mapped for efficient travel, are one of the most dangerous settings. As a matter of fact, auto accidents are a major public health threat, and they are a leading cause of death for individuals ages 5-75.
“The aftermath of tragic accidents can make everything difficult for a family. The last thing most families want to do at this time is deal with paperwork, questions from insurance carriers, or attempt to obtain police reports. Grieving and handling legal claims definitely do not go hand in hand. Therefore, having legal representation after such devastation will provide your family the space to heal, while ensuring that justice is brought to your loved one,” says Mark Sweet, a seasoned attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
