Two People Suffered Injuries in Victorville Car Crash
Victorville, CA (April 9, 2020) – Tuesday night, Shayna Alexander and David Salazar sustained injuries in a car crash on Amargosa Road and Roy Rogers Drive.
Authorities responded to the accident at around 10:56 p.m. Aril 7. The Victorville Fire department and the CHP arrived at the intersection of Amargosa Road and Roy Rogers Drive.
According to reports, a 70-year-old Alexander was driving a white 2005 Chevrolet Malibu when she ran a red light at the intersection, and crashed into a black 2013 Jeep.
The jeep’s driver was a 22-year-old David Salazar.
As a result of the impact, officials extricated Alexander and immediately transported her to the Victor Valley Global Medical before going to a trauma center for treatment.
Meanwhile, Salazar reported injuries as well. However, matters of his medical condition are still unclear.
At this time, an investigation to determine further information remains ongoing.
