18-Year-Old Shawn Jordan Killed in Walerga Road Hit-and-Run Crash [Sacramento, CA]

Sacramento, CA (June 23, 2024) – 18-year-old Shawn Jordan was killed in a Walerga Road hit-and-run crash Saturday.

The victim’s family said Shawn Jordan was walking in the bike lane because the area doesn’t have sidewalks. However, a car struck him, and fled the scene.

Jordan sustained serious injuries including broken ribs, arms, and legs, his face was cut open, and he also incurred brain trauma.

Sadly, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the hospital on June 20.
