Police Seek the Hit-And-Run Driver after Crash on Peoria Avenue in Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (April 1, 2022) – Wednesday noon, Sharla Ozias sustained severe injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Peoria Avenue and 32nd Lane.
The hit-and-run crash in Phoenix happened around noon on March 22.
Phoenix Police said two cars collided on Peoria Avenue and 32nd Lane when one of the vehicles jumped the sidewalk and hit Ozias, who was waiting at the bus stop.
Moreover, one of the drivers reported was driving a black four-door Mercedes immediately left the scene.
Ozias’s sister said she miraculously survived but has debilitating injuries. She has broken bones from her legs all the way down to her feet.
It could take a minimum of 6 months for her to walk again.
