San Jose DUI crash Kills Shannon Galbraith and Three Other Passengers
San Jose, CA (May 14, 2020)– On May 13, Shannon Galbraith, 25, died in a DUI crash on Highway 85, and police arrested 26-year old Rabbi Khanna, the driver.
CHP responded upon receiving crash reports at around 10:15 p.m on May 13. Dispatched officers arrived and located an SUV on the scene.
Reportedly, a 2005 Dodge Durango was travelling at high speed when the driver lost control under unknown circumstances. The SUV overturned and rolled several times. The SUV had six occupants, all from San Jose.
As a result, three male passengers died on the spot, including one ejected from the SUV. Two were 26 years old, and one was 25.
Moreover, a 25-year-old woman was taken to a hospital but later pronounced dead. The other 24-year-old man sustained moderate injuries.
At this time, police have Khanna detained, facing charges of DUI.
Furthermore, officers closed the road for nearly 12 hours before it reopened Thursday morning.
