Officers Arrest Phlym Anthony Gayan in Leavenworth Fatal Traffic Collision
Leavenworth, WA (August 15, 2022) – On Sunday night, Shane Walsh, a 40-year-old Leavenworth resident, died, while the authorities arrested Phlym Anthony Gayan, 49, of California, in a motorcycle crash on Highway 2.
According to the investigators, Gayan was driving a westbound 2021 Infiniti Q50 on the freeway when he attempted to pass and crashed with an eastbound 2022 Kawasaki.
The authorities immediately responded to the crash scene and declared Shane Walsh, the motorcyclist, dead.
Moreover, Gayan and three other people in his vehicle did not sustain injuries from the collision.
Later on, officers booked Phlym Anthony Gayan into Chelan County jail for vehicular homicide.
