1 Dead in Phoenix Auto Accident near 7th Street and Thomas Road
PHOENIX, AZ (December 8, 2022) – Tuesday morning, Shaila Zamora died in a two-vehicle crash near 7th Street and Thomas Road.
The incident happened at about 9:00 a.m. near 7th Street and Thomas Road.
According to reports, an eastbound vehicle crossed the center line and crashed with a westbound vehicle.
Then, a man driving the westbound vehicle and two children inside the car required hospitalization.
Also, police said that one of those children succumbed to injuries. Phoenix police identified her as 9-year-old Shaila Zamora.
Also, the family set up a GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses.
Moreover, officers confirmed that a woman and child were in the eastbound vehicle, and neither suffered serious injuries.
