2 Hurt in Riverside Car Crash on Locust Street near Riverside Drive

 
RIVERSIDE, CA (January 11, 2021) – Saturday night, Sgt. Kevin Arnold and a juvenile driver suffered injuries in an accident on Locust Street near Riverside Drive.
 
According to reports, a 15-year-od was driving north on Locust Street near Riverside Drive. Then, the driver failed to yield at the stop sign at an intersection.
 
Afterward, their vehicle crashed into an Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office vehicle. Eventually, the vehicle went to an embankment before crashing into a fence.
 
As a result, the 15-year-old driver was transported to Mid Valley Hospital. Meanwhile, her 16-year-old passenger was uninjured.
 
Responders also transported the Deputy to the hospital. However, the extent of their injuries remains undisclosed.
 
Due to her actions. the 15-year-old driver will face charges of vehicular assault.
