2 Deputies Involved in Paramount Car Crash
PARAMOUNT, CA (January 20, 2020) – Several people sustained injuries, including two deputies, in a head-on crash on Somerset Boulevard.
According to reports, two deputies got involved in a head-on crash with a vehicle carrying a mother and her three children.
The deputies drove an SUV. As they tried to prevent a crash that happened on Somerset Boulevard and Texaco Street, they collided head-on with the sedan, Sgt. Pasquale Aiello of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lakewood station revealed.
The crash happened on January 16 at about 7:15 a.m. As a result, the mother and her 4-year-old child suffered deep cuts and complaints of pain. Meanwhile, responders took the two deputies to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
