6 Injured in Spokane Multi-Vehicle Crash
SPOKANE, WA (November 29, 2019) – Several people went to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on 90 Freeway on November 26.
The incident caused by a squall dumped heavy snow involved between 50 and 100 vehicles, Trooper Jeff Sevigney said.
Heavy snowfall and icy roads caused the crash. Responders took five to six people with non-life-threatening injuries to nearby hospitals.
The conditions affected the incident and caused a chain-reaction crash.
The crash caused all lanes to shut down, except one in each direction. It reopened at around 5:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, the squall struck the West Plains after 1:00 p.m.
