Multiple People Injured in Fresno Multi-Vehicle Crash on McKinley Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (October 17, 2019) – Several people required hospitalization after a multi-vehicle crash on McKinley Avenue on October 15.
 
The rear-end crash occurred when a Lexus driver crashed into a church van before veering into oncoming traffic.
 
According to CHP officers, the Lexus traveled west on McKinley Avenue near Brawley Avenue when it struck the van and then hit a Honda in the eastbound lane head-on, just after 9:00 p.m.
 
According to officials, responders transported three Honda occupants and two Lexus occupants. Their injuries are still unknown as of this time.
 
Meanwhile, 13 people occupied the church bus and only one person sustained a minor injury.
 
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. However, authorities believe that speed played a role in the collision.
