Several Injuries Sustained in Multi-Vehicle Accidents [Oxnard, CA]

Two Car Accidents Reported in Oxnard

OXNARD, CA (January 23, 2019) – Several were injured in multi-vehicle accidents that were reported minutes from each other Wednesday night.

The first accident was reported at 5:50 PM along Saviers Road near East Iris Street involving a car and a motorcycle. One person was injured in the incident and was transported to a nearby hospital due to significant injuries.

The second accident occurred at 5:52 PM on South Ventura Road near West Fifth Street. According to the Oxnard Fire Department a total of five vehicles were involved. Fourteen people were injured in the crash. Two occupants had to be transported while the rest of the victims were released at the scene.

No additional information has been released surrounding both accidents, as the investigations continue. The identity nor medical status on the victims has been disclosed.
