At Least Four Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Pacific Coast Highway
PACIFIC PALISADES, CA (September 10, 2019) – Several people suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Pacific Coast Highway, Tuesday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at about 8:00 AM. Due to unknown reasons, at least four vehicles collided near Chautauqua Boulevard, including a box truck. The vehicles involved all sustained front-end damage, and responders totaled at least one vehicle.
Caltrans initially reported that one person died as a result of the collision. However, the LAPD later claimed that the crash was not fatal.
Emergency responders transported at least four people to nearby hospitals with unspecified injuries. Updates on the victims’ current conditions remain undisclosed. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
