At Least 7 Hospitalized after Car Crashes into Restaurant on 12th Street
SACRAMENTO, CA (September 21, 2019) – At least 7 people suffered injuries after a car crashed into a restaurant on 12th Street, Saturday afternoon.
According to the Sacramento Fire Department, the incident happened at about 3:00 PM. Due to unknown reasons, two vehicles collided and crashed into a Thai restaurant, Bangkok @ 12.
Four people in the first vehicle, one person in the second car, and two people inside the restaurant sustained injuries. Emergency responders transported the victims to a hospital with minor to moderate injuries. Updates on their current conditions remain unknown.
As per reports, Bangkok @ 12 is structurally fine. However, they will shut down for a few months for remodeling.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash. Investigators will release additional information once it becomes available.
