Santa Maria, CA (September 5, 2023) – On Sunday, several people were injured following a 3-vehicle crash on Highway 166.

The authorities received the crash report at about 12:50 p.m. in the area of Alamo Creek Road near Twitchell Reservoir.

Responding officers said multiple patients had been taken to the hospital by air and by ambulance.
