Seven Injured in Anaheim Street DUI Crash [Long Beach, CA]

People Injured, Suspect Arrested in Long Beach Three-Car Crash

Long Beach, CA (July 10, 2021) – On Wednesday, seven people were injured in a DUI Crash on Anaheim Street.

The accident happened at about 10:35 p.m. at the intersection with Ximeno Avenue.

When the authorities arrived at the scene, they found severely damaged and overturned vehicles.

Long Beach Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free some of the patients

Right away, rescuers rushed the seven injured people, with three of them critically injured, to a local hospital.

Moreover, the authorities said a sedan ran a red light while westbound on Anaheim Street crashed into an SUV and a pickup truck in the intersection.

Meanwhile, officers consider drugs, alcohol, and vehicle speed as factors in the incident.

They arrested an 18-year-old male suspect who stays at a local hospital for treatment before being booked.
