Diesel Spills after Semi-truck and Pickup Crash on South Third Avenue in Yakima
Yakima, WA (August 24, 2020) – Monday morning, a semi-truck and pickup collision at South Third Avenue and West Viola Avenue shut the roadway.
According to Yakima Police, a semi-truck spilled up to 100 gallons onto the road after the collision, closing the South Third Avenue temporarily between West Nob Hill Boulevard and West Mead Avenue.
Moreover, police estimated 65 to 100 gallons of diesel onto the road.
Furthermore, there were no severe injuries reported to anyone involved in the crash.
