Semi-Truck Collision Reported near Pentz Road

 
OROVILLE, CA (April 4, 2019) – A semi-truck was overturned in a crash on Highway 70, Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 3:25 PM, just north of Pentz Road. Based on an initial report, the truck was found overturned in the lanes. A second truck was found near the scene, but it was not yet determined if it was involved in the rollover incident.
 
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They confirmed that the driver was shaken up, but not injured in the incident.
 
Towing services worked for clearing and cleaning operations in the area.
 
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident. Additional information has yet to be released.
