Semi-Truck Involved in Crash on 10 Freeway [Beaumont, CA]

SUV and Semi-Truck Collide near Highland Springs Avenue

 
BEAUMONT, CA (February 26, 2019) – A semi-truck was involved in a crash on eastbound 10 Freeway, Tuesday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 1:20 PM, near Highland Springs Avenue. Based on an initial report from a witness, the truck was in the right lane when it suddenly went to the left lane and hit an SUV.
 
The paramedics were called for needed medical attention. They had not yet released a report regarding any injury sustained by the involved motorists.
 
The No. 1 lane was temporarily closed while rescue and clearing operations were conducted in the area. An investigation is ongoing to verify all initial information and determine liabilities.
