Lebec, CA (June 30, 2023) – Friday evening, CHP responded to a crash on Interstate 5 south of Grapevine Road involving a semi-trailer and a blue pickup truck.

The crash on Interstate 5 happened at around 4:16 p.m. on June 30.

CHP said the collision involved a semi-trailer and a blue pickup truck with a camper shell. 

Officers are looking at the circumstances and what may have caused the crash. 

It’s not known how severe the injuries are in at least one person.
