Sedro-Woolley Man Sustains Injuries in Highway 20 Vehicle Collision [Sedro-Woolley, WA]

Sedro-Woolley, WA (May 27, 2022) – On Thursday, at about 1:30 p.m., a 66-year-old male passenger from Sedro-Woolley sustained injuries in a Highway 20 vehicle collision.

The man was the passenger in an eastbound 2010 Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 77-year-old man also from Sedro-Woolley man.

When the Equinox driver turned left near Helmick Road, a westbound 2011 Toyota Tacoma struck their vehicle.

Immediately, the paramedics arrived at the scene and airlifted the passenger to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Also, the medical responders took the Toyota Tacoma driver, an 82-year-old Mount Vernon man, to PeaceHealth United General Medical Center in Sedro-Woolley with minor injuries.

The Equinox driver did not sustain injuries from the collision.

Meanwhile, officers are investigating this traffic crash.
