Sean Hillman Injured in Fresno Car Accident on Ashlan Avenue
FRESNO, CA (October 23, 2020) – Thursday morning, Sean Hillman suffered injuries in a high-speed crash on Ashlan Avenue in central Fresno.
The incident happened around 11:00 a.m., said CHP spokesman Mike Salas. It took place on East Ashlan Avenue, west of North Blackston Avenue. The crash left 37-year-old driver Sean Hillman with severe injuries in his arm after his car overturned.
According to authorities, Hillman was traveling west on Ashlan Avenue when he crashed into a pickup hauling a gardener’s trailer. Then, it crashed into a Honda. As a result, a Honda occupant suffered injuries.
Furthermore, the authorities confirmed that Hillman faces charges of felony hit and run and possibly driving under the influence.
Apparently, Hillman ran from the vehicle and left a blood trail on Ashlan Avenue and across Blackstone Avenue. Then, he headed to a parking lot southeast of the intersection. That’s where the authorities took him into custody, treated his injuries, and transported him to the hospital.
Put all distractions away, be careful around other travelers, and never drive while under the influence. By being a defensive driver, you can minimize the risks of car accidents.
