Sean Argyle Dies after Motorcycle Collides with Van in Big Bear Lake
BIG BEAR LAKE, CA (May 30, 2019) – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a van in a Big Bear Lake intersection Friday night. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department has identified the motorcyclist as Sean Argyle.
Reports indicate that the collision occurred at about 7:55 p.m. Officials said that a van was northbound on Mountainaire Lane while Argyle was driving a motorcycle westbound on Big Bear Boulevard. The two vehicles collided when the van entered the intersection of Big Bear Boulevard and Mountainaire Lane.
As a result of the crash, Argyle suffered life-threatening injuries. An air ambulance took him to Loma Linda University Medical Center. However, he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
