Our Attorneys Can Help
California’s road accident rate continues to increase, rather than decrease, despite the additional safety features on newer vehicle models.
The increasing crash rate reflects that auto accidents are becoming rampant. They are a leading cause of death for individuals ages 5-64.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), 2 out of 3 motorists will be in an accident during their life.
