Scott Dewar Dead in West Covina Pedestrian Accident
WEST COVINA, CA (February 8, 2021) – Sunday night, pedestrian Scott Dewar, 63, died in a crash on the 10 Freeway and Vincent Avenue South.
According to the California Highway Patrol, it happened around 7:25 p.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway and Vincent Avenue South on-ramp.
